Fuel Pumps

We are factory trained and authorized in diesel fuel pump service — including both mechanical and electronic pumps. We can rebuild your pump, provide a new pump, or a factory rebuilt pump. We also build pumps for extreme levels of fuel output for our power-hungry customers!

We offer testing of common rail high pressure pumps and can provide new or remanufactured replacements as necessary.

Turbos

Having issues with your turbo? Don't have a turbo? Give us a call! We can replace it with a remanufactured unit, or a new one, costing you a lot less than most dealers. We can also help you size a larger output turbo or add one if you don't have one on your engine. Installing a turbo will give you much better performance over a wide range of terrain than your stock diesel. We are a Garrett Authorized Center.

Injectors

We can test almost any brand of injector on the market today including common rail injectors. When rebuilding is necessary, we disassemble, clean internally, replace worn parts, reassemble and set opening pressure to spec. We stock many new injectors for those that need to minimize down time. If we don't have them in stock, in most instances, we can have them the next day.

Gasoline Injectors

We can now test your gasoline injector spray patterns, leaks, fuel delivery and match. With our bench cleaning systems, we can clean and flush your injectors and have a success rate of 80% of saving the injectors we clean and flush. When finished your injector will operate just like new, saving you hundreds of dollars. When necessary we have remanufactured and new injectors available.

Drive-In Services

Drive-in service is available for all diesel vehicles. We can handle cars, light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, farm and construction equipment, and recreational vehicles! Give us a call and talk to us! We know diesels, and can help you with any problem you may be having. We can perform diagnostics, tune ups, as well as high performance tuning along with installation of many aftermarket performance components.
